They say the "Little Mermaid", a statue inspired by Danish Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, is a must-see attraction in Copenhagen. Although I've had many opportunities to visit this famous landmark, I've only managed to see it for the first time with my husband and my parents a few months ago.And I was so amazed... millions and millions of people go to this place to view the famous "Little Mermaid". And there it was... the "Little Mermaid" happens to be as its name implies ... it's so little... :-)
Yes, I expected it to be more grand... but still, many of us who were there elbowed each other to snap photographs of the small but splendid "Little Mermaid".
